We are a made-to-order business, meaning most of our products are produced specifically for your order. For this reason, we guarantee the quality and condition of the items you receive.
Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements
Due to the custom nature of our production, refunds and replacements are granted only in the event that your item arrives damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or if the product does not meet subjective expectations outside of damage or defect.
Damaged Item Claim Process
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to initiate a replacement or refund.
Contact Us: Please email us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide Proof: Include clear photos of the damaged product and, if possible, the condition of the exterior packaging.
Resolution: Upon review, we will provide an identical replacement at no cost or issue a full refund for the item, at your discretion.
