At Tiddly Pom Cards, we are committed to delivering your handmade cards with care. We ship to United States addresses via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
⏳ Processing & Delivery Time
Processing time: We require 1 to 3 business days to prepare, package, and dispatch your order before it leaves our studio. Transit time varies by the shipping method and destination. The options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Eligible U.S. orders of $35 or more receive automatic free shipping at checkout. Available shipping options and final charges for your order are shown at checkout.
Standard orders ship in a protective rigid flat mailer without tracking. If you need tracking, choose TPC Premium (Ground Advantage) or another tracked service if one is offered at checkout. Tracking numbers, when included, are sent in your shipping confirmation email.
✨ Packaging
Every card is sealed in a clear cellophane protector. Orders ship in a durable rigid flat mailer to help prevent bending or damage. Larger multi-card orders may ship in a protective bubble mailer.
❓ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. For damaged items, please include photos of both the packaging and the item(s) for a quick resolution.
Standard shipping does not include tracking, so we cannot monitor its location in transit. For tracking, we recommend the Premium (Ground Advantage) option.
Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
⚠️ International Shipping
Tiddly Pom Cards does not ship outside of the United States at this time. Any international orders will be canceled and refunded.
