At Tiddly Pom Cards, we are committed to delivering your personalized, premium cards with the utmost care and efficiency. We ship all orders directly from the United States.

⏳ Processing & Delivery Time

Processing Time: We currently require 1 to 3 business days to prepare, package, and dispatch your order. This time is for production before the package leaves our facility.

Transit Time: Once shipped, packages typically take 2 to 5 business days to arrive, as estimated by the USPS.

Total Estimated Time: Please allow 3 to 8 business days from the time you place your order until delivery.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship exclusively to United States addresses via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

All packages are shipped with a valid USPS tracking number. This number will be included in your shipping confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

We take pride in ensuring your cards and products arrive in pristine condition:

Protection: Every single card is placed inside a cellophane clear protector.

Secure Mailer: All orders are shipped in a durable, protective bubble mailer to safeguard against damage during transit.

❓ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows a delay, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at your earliest convenience, but within 7 days of the delivery date.

Damaged Items: To ensure a quick resolution, please provide photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged item(s).

Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

⚠️ International Shipping

Tiddly Pom Cards does not ship outside of the United States at this time. Any international orders placed will be immediately canceled and refunded.
